9. Taking statement and inquiry:
(1) The investigating Police personnel relating to the crime stipulated in Schedule-1 shall take the statement of the concerned accused
in front of the Government Attorney.
(2) The investigating Police personnel may inquire a person and if deems necessary, record the statement of such person if the person is suspected in relation
to any crime or there is reasonable groud to believe that the person possesses important information about the crime
